This new 54-unit family development in Fremont’s Northgate neighborhood aims to provide affordable, comfortable housing for formerly homeless families or those at risk of homelessness. Located on a 1.37-acre property at 34320 Fremont Blvd, the project includes one, two, and three-bedroom units, as well as a manager’s unit.
Each self-contained unit has a private bathroom, kitchen, and living/sleeping area. Residents will also have access to on-site property management, social services, a community room, EV chargers, laundry, and recreational spaces. The 54,300 square foot new construction is located conveniently near public transit and essential services, supporting the goal of creating a stable, inclusive community.
