Having previously completed several small commercial jobs, we had confidence in our level of knowledge and experience to make this full-scale restaurant project a success. Our ability to instinctively adapt to the particular needs of any industry, combined with the fact that we’re staffed by foodies, made Element a natural fit.

Energy Efficient & Sustainability Driven
We were thrilled to join repeat collaborator, TOPA Architecture, Inc., on this 4,200 square-foot venture in San Jose. Rok Steakhouse & Grill needed interior upgrades and tenant improvements throughout the site, including structural accommodations for equipment in the commercial kitchen, and seismic anchorage for required mechanical units.
Ample dining and bar areas were included in the improvements and energy efficient fixtures and sustainable materials were employed whenever possible. A combination of high ceilings, exposed duct work and eyecatching decor define the inside, while a commanding awning and multiple roll-up doors enhance patio seating outside.
Located amid office buildings in the Bay Area’s growing technology hub, Rok Steakhouse & Grill continues to provide a one-of-a-kind culinary experience for their guests.
