3,750 sq ft rear addition to an existing single-story structure. Remodel includes a covered porch and extensive interior remodel of the front living area, with a new skylight and transom at the foyer.

Private Residence (Woodside, CA)

This new 4,000 sq ft two-story residence sits over a full basement and includes a two-car garage. The building is a contemporary design that incorporates structural steel with wood elements to maintain an open floor space plan with clear story windows. There is also a 500 sq ft guest house on the property.
 
The hillside lot required numerous retaining walls that surround the entire building.
