This 62,000 sq ft multi-unit development consisted of a two-story wood structure over a podium slab with basement. The design will explore the use of a post-tensioned podium or steel and wood framing. The project will utilize Revit to coordinate the design between the disciplines.
This portion of the Sonoma Springs Mixed-Use project is a 60 unit affordable housing project consisting of, five three-story buildings and a single-story community center which is approximately 63,000 sq ft in total.
This three-story senior housing project will consisit of 40 units as part of the Sonoma Springs Mixed-Use project, and is approximately 38,000 sq ft.
This senior housing project is a four-story building with "tuck-under" parking. A total of 80 units, each floor consists of 15 apartments including 14 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom unit. Also community laundry room, computer room, youth program room and administrative offices.
This project consists of a new community building and remodel/addition of the existing two-story apartment building of 20 units at approximately 15,000 sq ft.
The existing building will also underwent voluntary seismic upgrades to enhance the seismic performance of the building, utilizing ASCE 31.
